What are your hours of operation? 

Our business hours vary, we are open Monday through Sunday by appointment.  Our schedule is flexible and we do our best to fit our clients’ busy schedules.  If you have a specific request, please contact us and we will do our best to book the appointment to fit your need.

What is your cancellation policy?

Due to our schedule, we require a 24 hour notice on ALL appointments. Therefore, without proper notice of 24 hours, there will be a charge of $75 for missed appointments or same day cancellations. Because of this policy we require to have a credit card  on file for all client.

What is the New Client Paperwork and why do I have to sign it?

If you are a new client, you must completely fill out and sign the New Client Paperwork.  This is to ensure that we can safely and effectively deliver your treatment with the upmost care. This paperwork gives us details on specific concerns, medical conditions and a better understanding of your skin type.


What types of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, business and personal checks, and cash.

Is tip or gratuity included in the price of the service? Tip and gratuity is not included in services but we recommend 15-20% of the service price.

Are there any restrictions on a Swag Bag Complimentary Gift Certificate received at an event? All complimentary gift certificate appointments must be made 2 weeks in advance, non-transferable, and may only be used by first time clients.  To see complete restrictions, please read our Terms & Conditions.


How do I know what service to book if I am a new client?

As a new client, we highly recommend a consultation before moving forward with any service.  During this 90 minutes service, any questions will be answered and recommendations needed for your specific skin type will be given.

What skincare products do you recommend?

Skincare products are important in maintaining your skin, especially after a service with us.  We highly recommend using products which are both highly effective in providing real results.


Series services are meant to be experienced weekly or monthly. They are non-transferable and have one-year expiration from the date of purchase.
