Are your products effecting your hormones?

Could the deodorant and personal care products you are currently using be disrupting your hormones? Yes! According, to a recent study released by UC Berkeley.

The UC Berkeley study found significant changes in female hormones when they eliminating cosmetics and person care products, which contained specific chemicals. According to the study,

“The shampoos, lotions and other personal care products you use can affect the amount of endocrine disrupting chemicals in one’s body”.

After removing products containing various chemicals from the research participants’ daily routine, they were able to observe a change in female hormones within as little as 3 days and a remarkable difference within 30 days. More information on this study is available at the following link, http://news.berkeley.edu/2016/03/07/cosmetics-chemicals/.
